Choose any (1) of the following documents below based on your type of residence. Only original documents. No copies, faxes, or handwritten information, accepted. All documents must be dated within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted below.

What you'll need:

Utility bills (gas, water, electricity, phone)
Monthly statement (mortgage, rent, homeowners association (HOA), bank, credit card, brokerage, or investment)
Closing disclosure from home purchase
Medical bill

For military members' applications, use the address where you're stationed at the time you apply, not your permanent address or address of record.
