Pros

• Styling

  The black Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has red trim and a large sunroof. The interior came clean, function as expected and look great. Plus, the driver's seat and the passenger's seat both have heated seats, and there's a heated steering wheel which is lovely in the winter.

• Ride and Handling

  Very smooth, reliable ride. The steering wheel is not loose and is just the right amount of firm, making you feel like you have confident control over the car.

• Technology and Entertainment

  CarPlay is a huge plus - you can get a wireless connector online that works perfectly with the vehicle.

Cons

• Interior Space

  Roof can be cramped at times for those who are tall and for dogs in the trunk, but it is perfect for me. The sunroof also occasionally and lightly leaks in hard rain or after the car wash, which is to be expected but also something to note.

• Visibility

  The bars on each side of the windshield can pose as blind spots at times.

• Power

  The auto start doesn't start the heat - it'd be an extra plus in the winters if it did. The highest heat setting is very loud, but the power of the air doesn't seem to be very strong for the noise it's making. Additionally, the apps on the screen change around after powering on/off and do not stay in the order you customized them.

  the steering is very responsive, the suspension handles all the bumps in the road with ease. very smooth operating vehicle.

• Styling

  inside and out it feels like I got my moneys worth. Leather interior, and panoramic sunroof are my favorites.

• Technology and Entertainment

  The features are everything I wanted! apple car play, adaptive cruise control, heated steering wheel, heated seats, power seats, mirrors and rear hatch. they also put a sub woofer in the rear which I was not aware of before the purchase so that was an awesome surprise!

  I have noticed braking can be a bit different then I'm used to, but its nothing major if you are a safe driver.

  rugged looking like a jeep should be, but very stylish.

  very smooth ride for being a jeep.

  all I can say is what cabin noise when I’m driving

  the only thing I don’t like is there’s to much delay between intervals in the windshield wiper blades timing.

• Fuel Economy

  I really don’t like anything about it. The engine turns off at every stop light, supposedly to save fuel volume but the fuel volume is terrible and super annoying. It also takes to batteries to do that so I’ve heard other owners having major issues with the two batteries.

• Technology and Entertainment

  Everything is unique to Jeep. The placement of every knob and button how to do anything is different than every car I’ve ever owned. I just don’t like it. So if you haven’t had a Jeep before, I wouldn’t recommend starting now.
