Jack of all trades 2015 Lexus RC F

Pros

  • Reliability

Nothing breaks on this car. Just drive it forever….

  • Power

It’s heavy but it’s got power. Your Mustangs and Scat Packs will learn this …

  • Seat Comfort

I could drive this car across county and never feel like I need to pull over and stretch…

Cons

  • Technology and Entertainment

The nav and screen are a bit dated. For around $800 you can upgrade all of this to something out of this world aftermarket wise, so not really a big deal.

Love it, highly 2015 Lexus RC F

Everything I expected, and more! 2015 Lexus RC F

Pros

  • Power

    Why not like it?

  • Technology and Entertainment

Lexus Enform is pretty nice. So is the audio system.

  • Dashboard

I've never seen a layout like this, and I love it.

Cons

  • Cabin Noise

It's a little noisy if that bothers you. I usually have music up pretty loud though and I can't hear it.

Last of a dying breed 2015 Lexus RC F

Pros

  • Power

NA V8 engine with 467hp. Nothing more to say!

  • Value

On the used market, these are reasonably priced and should hold their value well due to Lexus/Toyota's legendary reliability, plus the naturally aspirated V8 engine will soon be a thing of the past.

  • Reliability

As a Lexus/Toyota product with the long-running 2UR-GSE engine under the hood, the RC F should be able to run for years and years with just basic maintenance.

Cons

  • Seat Comfort

The seats in the RC F are predictability aggressive and grippy, although they are not the worst on road trips. I'm 6'2" however, and cannot lower the seat enough to avoid having my head hit the roof periodically. This has caused some discomfort.

  • Fuel Economy

Most people won't be buying the RC F for its fuel economy (or lack thereof). It's a bit thirsty around town or if/when you step on the Go pedal. It does deliver reasonable gas mileage when cruising on the highway. I averaged about 25mpg on an 800 mile round trip.

  • Interior Space

Although technically a 2+2, this is really a 2 seat coupe, as the front seats are perpetually planted directly against the rear seats, rendering them unusable. The center console is relatively shallow and the door pockets are average at best. Rear trunk space is pretty decent though for a coupe. It can easily fit two suitcases for even a longer trip, or two sets of golf clubs with ease.
