Cabin Noise
the car feels very well insulated and noise outside is kept to a minimum.
Seat Comfort
the seat are always comfortable especially during longer drives
Fuel Economy
i feel like gas is cheaper and i dont get it as frequently with this car
Visibility
i wish the mirrors were a little bigger
Ride and Handling
Reliability
Seat Comfort
Ride and Handling
not quite a hothatch but ssssoooo fun to drive, very agile and responsive for the average driver
Styling
looks extremely fresh and crisp
Power
not fast fast but quick enough to never leave you needing more power with the 2.5 turbo
Visibility
over the shoulder and rear blindspots are REAL . tbh 360 backup cam should be standard with this design
Cabin Noise
very quiet on my drive to work, navigates the terrain perfectly, always reliable, reminds me why I work so hard to have those quiet moments I'm totally in control
Styling
always receive a look in passing because of the new age design and factory metal flake paint
Cargo Space
I'm able to keep my detail equipment in the rear hatchback area and keep it quiet away from the driver/passenger area.
Power
the turbo charged engine paired with the 6 speed manual transmission makes it a blast to drive
Ride and Handling
handles like it's on rails. extremely planted and balanced
Reliability
has been extremely reliable and hasn't given me any issues
Fuel Economy
not the greatest and most of that comes from my driving
Seat Comfort
a little stiff. my back tends to hurt on longer drives
Technology and Entertainment
it's very dated and not extremely user friendly
Cabin Noise
MUCH quieter than the 2007 Ford Focus I'd driven for thirteen years.
Fuel Economy
I wanted a car that gets 40 mpg highway, and this one has done that in several long trips.
Ride and Handling
Nothing radical about driving it. It handles well and the ride is smooth.
Interior Space
Roof is a little low, and I'm kind of long-waisted, so I have to be careful getting in not to give myself a concussion.
Cargo Space
I can't fit my guitar in the space inside the hatch.
Technology and Entertainment
The main screen on the dashboard controls the radio and can display GPS, fuel economy, etc. A few times, the radio controls have taken on a mind of their own and made it impossible for me to tune to the station I wanted to listen to.
Fuel Economy
best fuel economy in any vehicle ive come across. only cost about 40 to fill up from E in california. averaging 33.2 mpg.
Ride and Handling
everyones thats rode in it says its very comfortable and very smooth. i agree. the handling is amazing as well. easy to turn and fits it smaller spaces.
Cost to Maintain
pretty easy to maintain. cost of maintenance is pretty low.
Cost to Maintain
quite loud in the cab but not unbearable. could be better.
Interior Space
a small vehicle so small interior space is expected. especially in the back. with people in driver and passenger seat. its not so comfortable in the back. the only downside to this vehicle i believe.
Ride and Handling
Mazda really outdid themselves with the design of the independent rear suspension on the Mazda3. Even though I have the lowest tier package, I still have no trouble finding the fun or comfortability while pushing it. The handling the suspension provides to what looks like a normal traffic sedan is amazing, and although it is just a FWD vehicle, loads of fun.
Weather Versatility
As someone who has lived in the mountains and on the coast, I can without a doubt say that my Mazda3 can handle anything from Florida's bipolar weather to Virginia's mountain range. I have experienced no issues on road trips throughout various weather incidents, no loss of traction, or concerns with driving.
Technology and Entertainment
Unlike many newer generation vehicles that lack physical buttons, Mazda scratched the itch alongside providing a better alternative to maintaining a safe driving situation. The infotainment center knob is one of my favorite features within all newer Mazda products. It isn't in the way of my gearshift, it's easily accessible, and creates a situation where taking your eyes off the road is unnecessary.
Cabin Noise
Cabin noise is one of the few areas I found lacking in my model. I am not certain if it is the same with higher tier models, but on my Touring I do experience louder road noise. I do feel that I put up with the excess noise simply because the 3 meets and exceeded the rest of my expectations from a newer gen manual.
Styling
The car’s appearance was a head turner for me. The body and style is giving luxury with a touch of sportiness.
Seat Comfort
Although the interior is leather, the quality of it is so exceptional. The seats feel like a pillow of clouds, super soft and comfy.
Interior Space
This specific trim looks small in size but the interior is very spacious. I can fit up to 5 people without a problem. I am in awe with how much space this compact car provides.
Technology and Entertainment
It’s a 2021 car, which i thought would’ve equipped wireless Apple CarPlay. Unfortunately, this is a slight con for me.
Cabin Noise
Every time i start the car, there is this loud noise that comes from the hood. i cannot make out where exactly is coming from but the sound is very unpleasant, especially early in the morning.
Fuel Economy
I thought this car would’ve been really good at maintaining fuel but sadly it does not. I have to constantly put gas every 4 days which is not very efficient for me. The digital dash seems to be inputting the wrong amount of gas mileage and the gauge also seems to fluctuate either up or down after trips; I find that to be very odd.
Technology and Entertainment
Very simple to use infotainment system. Great sound system! Excellent driver safety features!
Ride and Handling
Very sporty feel
Styling
It looks and feels like a luxury car!
Seat Comfort
Seat is feels a little stiff compared to previous vehicles I’ve owned.
