Ride and Handling
The ride is great and handles well. Even with a 100lb roof rack tent, no swaying in turns at all.
Weather Versatility
Does great in any condition. Electronic rear locker is very handy.
Power
Plenty of power
Braking
Braking isn’t the best when loaded down, am considering a larger brake setup.
Seat Comfort
This is my 2nd XTerra. Can't beat it for comfort, storage space, and it's just a machine with V6 power...not a toy SUV. No frills tuft...just what I want in a vehicle.
Cost to Maintain
Just about any mechanic can work on a XTerra. They tell me you can't beat them for dependability and longevity.
Styling
I like the squared off shape...suits me fine. I am sit high enough to see above bushes at entry ways. It is a sound car and handles great. I can squeeze into narrow spaces and make a u-turn with no issue.
Reliability
Dependable
Interior Space
Very spicy and comfortable
Power
For a v-6 it's got plenty of power
Ride and Handling
Very tight
Power
It will push you back in your seat! Maybe even too much power for such a small SUV
Styling
It just has nice sharp lines....Rugged looking
Fuel Economy
Does not get the best for a V6 but it is a big V6
Cabin Noise
Motor noise can be loud when you step in it. Noisy from the rear. Sometimes I think maybe a door is not closed good.
Braking
Smooth,good performance,brakes on a dime.
Fuel Economy
Same poor fuel economy as my previous 2005 xterra. Not good.
