Very pleased

I bought my C Max used and have been very pleased. There have been no serious mechanical issues. It has been reliable and I can get around town on a full (plug-in) charge.

Pros

  • Cost to Maintain: Reliable
  • Fuel Economy
  • Interior Space

Cons

  • Dashboard: The Dash controls are a little quirky, but not a deal breaker

Excellent car - Ford should revive the model

Excellent hybrid, comfortable and a fantastic commuter vehicle. Low maintenance. Good visibility all around.

Pros

  • Fuel Economy: Atkinson cycle engine. Regenerates battery through braking.
  • Power: Very zippy and responsive
  • Reliability: Very reliable.

Cons

  • Technology and Entertainment: The base SE model falls short in added technology safety items.

Handles well. Great mileage. Can carry more than you think with back seats down.
