I have the Grand Touring model which is a Plug in Hybrid EV. It can drive on electric mode around 34 miles. It has two electric motors, one 2.5 L 4 cylinder engine, double pane glass all around for sound, 24 way massage/heat/cool leather premium seats, 14 speaker luxury entertainment, Apple CarPlay. Tons of features, lots of advantages for EV miles and then the engine converts to hybrid mode. Unreal miles per gallon. Love the ride, the quietness, the style. This is the 3rd most popular vehicle in the 2021 compact SUV market. Very competitive pricing with more costly foreign car vendors.

Fuel Economy: Most trips on Electric mode. Sometimes get over 100 eMPG.

Reliability: Zero problems and reviews of service implies a very reliable vehicle
Technology and Entertainment: Many speakers and great sound. Also, as an older driver, appreciate the way the automatic cruise control adjusts the distance between me and vehicle in front of me. Heads up display is informative and very practical safety feature. Seats adjust every which way and are make of real perforated leather, not leatherette.
Cabin Noise: Ultra Quiet

Cons

Technology and Entertainment: Have never liked the Sync system, although it is much improved from the past. If my phone is connected through Apple CarPlay, cannot access the XM Sirius, although I CAN play satellite radio through my iPhone app, just not as convenient. So, I connect the phone via Bluetooth but do not connect the CarPlay so I can make and take calls through the vehicle, so it is an acceptable workaround for my purposes.
Power: Minor gripe: At slow speeds, transmission seems to shift around a lot, no biggie
