Smooth riding for something considered “heavy duty”. Rides like a half ton. Can pull any amount of weight you want to throw behind it. Having a crew cab fits my lifestyle due to having 2 car seats for kids. They have plenty of room, and I can still use a truck for its intentions.

Pros

Power: Tow 20,000+\- pounds.
Interior Space: Have two small kids with car seats with plenty of room.

Cons

Cost to Maintain: Anything diesel always cost twice as much to maintain.
Technology and Entertainment: Bought a base model, but the more you have, the more there is to fail.

Comfort, mileage, power, extras, durability, color- in that order. I bought this to tow a 27' travel trailer, which it does well. Mileage drops to 12mpg while towing, which I had expected. Normal in-town has been 19 and freeway 28. Happy with that despite increasing diesel prices. Very comfortable vehicle and has more bells n whistles than I'll ever use. Love the RamBox storage- use it all the time. Other great features are programmable heated/cooled power seats, amazing sound system, nicely configured and very visible info system. Very easy to drive, though parking this thing is much different than parking my old 4Runner. I'm gradually adapting. It took my wife 4 months to work up the courage to drive such a large vehicle. Now she loves it.

Pros

Interior Space: Lots of storage and very comfortable for passengers front and rear.

Cons

Seat Comfort: Fine for up to 5 hours of driving. After that, my old butt needs a memory foam cushion. Every one else says it's really comfy.

Cabin Noise: Nice and quiet
Interior Space: Very roomy and the interior is very flexible with the way the back seat can fold away for cargo.
Power: Power is on tap and ready. Tows a camper really well.

Cons

Dashboard: I had to replace the touch screen... it's a very common problem on these 4 generation Rams.
Fuel Economy: mine has the 5.7 Hemi... and I get 16 mpg on average. 19 on a long trip, 12 if I am towing my camping trailer.
