trade in value is usually always good, had a 2016 and it kept most of its value.
CONS
Power
with this trim and year the power is lacking, I don’t have the turbo engine so it’s truly the soccer mom car.
Technology and Entertainment
the huge touch screen is delayed often on the system controls, air, music, settings etc.
Weather Versatility
drives great in all weather but….. the EyeSight feature turns off in bad weather when you need it, the sensors are sensitive to heavy rain and poor visibility.

Another issue is the stop / stop feature. It should be turned off permanently. The system allows the car to shift erratically.

Eye sight technology in the windshield was a.joke. Infotainment screen would black out and safety features would shut down thus creating a huge safety hazard. Took it in to have it assessed and technicians couldn't find any problem. I received a notification in the mail of a class action lawsuit against Subaru because of this issue. I no longer have the 2020 Subaru Outback Limited because I never new when the eyesight feature would shut down while driving. Good luck.
