great for families

Toyota makes quality vehicles that last and this one is no different. It is new enough to be reliable and not need a lot of work.

Pros

  • Interior Space: We chose this SUV due to it's having 4wd and 3rd row seating that fit adults comfortably; it fits those criteria precisely.
  • Reliability: In the short time that we've had this vehicle ot has not produced a single concern.
  • Ride and Handling: It rides smoother and turns sharper than my newer pickup, which is known for those traits.

Cons

  • Fuel Economy: This is a large vehicle and it uses gas accordingly. It does get the same mileage as my '03 Suburban which had a smaller V8 engine and felt like it had less power. I guess my concern is that I feel that the gas tank should be bigger. The maximum range that it will show has been 315 miles although I continued to drive it past 0 miles to empty for several more miles once and it never faltered.
