Affordable, Comfortable & Practical

It's a good fit for our family at this time. The V6 is powerful enough for the highways. It's very easy to drive. It's fairly quiet so conversations are easier than in my prior vehicle. I love to ...

Makes life easier

I'm an old guy who never wanted a minivan. Having three grandkids changed my mind. So easy to get them loaded up and ready to go.

Pros

  • Interior Space: Probably about the same amount of room as the Honda Odyssey and the Chrysler Town and Country, but something about the layout & color scheme makes it seem a lot more spacious.
  • Ride and Handling: The Town and Country handles like a lumber truck. The Sienna, however, when compared to the Odyssey has been criticized for "numb" handling. But I just see it as compliant. If you're in this market you might as well forget about Formula 1 driving and accept the fact you're evaluating people movers.
  • Seat Comfort: The seats are comfortable enough, for sure, but what I really like are that the 2nd row seats are on a track that makes them very easy to slide. Third row very easy to fold flat and pull up again. Center jump seat easy to install/remove. All easier than the Odyssey.

Cons

  • Cabin Noise: Noise level in the cabin is not really bad, but if there is an area for Toyota to look at for future improvements I would point to this.

  • Ride and Handling
  • Power

Cons
