This electronic signature service is provided on behalf of CarMax Auto Finance, which is sending electronic documents, notices, disclosures or requesting electronic signatures to you.

You are not required to receive notices and disclosures or sign documents electronically. If you prefer not to do so, you may request to receive paper copies and withdraw your consent at any time as described below.

ELECTRONIC AGREEMENTS AND UPDATES

Any Communication that you accept or agree to receive electronically or any account update you submit to us electronically will be enforceable without your signature on a paper form. Where indicated, please type your electronic signature of your full name.

PAPER COPIES

You are not required to receive notices or disclosures or sign documents electronically and may request paper copies of documents or disclosures if you prefer to do so. You also have the ability to download and print any open or signed documents sent to you through the electronic signature service using the PDF and Print icons. DocuSign may also email you a PDF copy of all agreements you sign using the electronic signature service. If you do not wish to electronically sign the document and wish to receive paper copies in lieu of electronic documents you may close this web browser and request paper copies from CarMax Auto Finance by following the procedures outline below. If, after you have signed a document electronically, you would like a paper copy of the document previously provided to you, request paper copies from CarMax Auto Finance by following the procedures outline below.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents, notices or disclosures at any time. After withdrawing consent if at any point in the future you proceed forward and utilize the electronic signature system you are once again consenting to receive notices, disclosures, or documents electronically. You may withdraw consent to receive electronic notices and disclosures and optionally electronic signatures by following the procedures described below.

SCOPE OF CONSENT

You agree to receive electronic notices, disclosures, and electronic signature documents with all related and identified documents and disclosures provided over the course of your relationship with CarMax Auto Finance. You may at any point withdraw your consent by following the procedures described below.

REQUESTING PAPER COPIES AND WITHDRAWING CONSENT

You have the ability to download and print any documents we send you through the electronic signature system.

You may request a copy of the document during the period we retain your account documentation by contacting us at 1-800-925-3612. We will send your paper copy to you by U.S. mail. In order for us to send you a paper copy, you must have a current mailing address on file with us as described below. We currently do not charge a fee to send you a paper copy of any electronic communication, but reserve our ability to do so.

You can withdraw this Consent by calling 1-800-925-3612 and asking that communications be sent to you in paper or other non-electronic form. Your withdrawal of this Consent is effective only after we have had a reasonable period of time to act upon your withdrawal.

YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

You agree to provide us with your current email address so that we may communicate with you electronically. You must promptly notify us of any change to your email address by updating your account profile. If you give us an incorrect email address or fail to update or correct your email address, an electronic communication will be deemed provided to you if we use the email address in our records for the electronic communication.
