What happens at my express pickup appointment?
If you have an express pickup appointment, park in one of our designated express pickup parking spaces and come inside the store.
We'll confirm the details of your purchase, complete your final documents, answer any questions you have and give you time to meet the car and test drive if you’d like. We’ll give you time to remove any personal items from your trade-in vehicle, if applicable. You’ll finalize the purchase paperwork, then be all set to hit the road in your new car.
