Awesome SUV

Comfortable, powerful, fun to drive, versatile.

Pros

  • Interior Space: Roomy & versatile
  • Power: The R/T is fun to drive and gets the job done for all-around driving and towing.
  • Ride and Handling: My R/T is very comfortable, quiet on the road at any speed & handles like a sports car.

Cons

  • Fuel Economy: The Hemi is thirsty - but then, I expected that.
  • Cost to Maintain: This is a future expectation based on the cost of maintaining modern vehicles (like my Chevy Avalanche).
  • Technology and Entertainment: I LOVE the Alpine entertainment system, but it's complicated (the Radio manual is 202 pages), & the on-board electronics suite/digital instrument display is very complicated - I'm a pilot, and it reminds me of a modern "glass cockpit" aircraft instrument panel. It takes time to get to know your Durango's instrument panel, but it will tell you everything you need to know about the vehicle.

I love my car

I love the size the look and the performance and it’s American made

Pros

  • Power: The power is there when you need it and it’s easy going no struggles
  • Cargo Space: with the third row seats down there’s plenty of space

Cons

  • Ride and Handling: The handling is great but the ride is a bit hard/tight but through my research it was expected
  • Braking: Until you get use to the truck the braking is a bit hard
  • Cost to Maintain: haven’t had to do anything yet but I’m sure the expected cost will be high
