My phone number is correct, but I'm not receiving the two-step authentication SMS texts. What can I do?
Text "START" to 27843 to make sure you're not unsubscribed by your network carrier.
If you're using an iPhone:
Open your iPhone's settings and go to the "Phone" section.
Select "Blocked Contacts."
You'll see a list of all blocked numbers. Scroll down to 27843 and select "Edit."
A red minus button will appear next to all blocked numbers. Select the red minus button next to 27843.
Select "Unblock" and then "Done."
If you're using an Android phone:
Open the Phone app.
Select the three-dot icon.
Select "Settings" from the menu.
Scroll down and select "Blocked numbers" or "Call Blocking," depending on your phone.
You'll see a list of blocked numbers. Find and select 27843.
Select "Unblock" or the "X" symbol next to the number to remove it from the blocked list.
