Two-step authentication isn't working for me. How can I troubleshoot this?

Make sure the correct smartphone number is listed in the "Secure and manage your account" section (found under Profile Settings) of your MyCarMax account profile so we can send you a security code. If you're trying to log into your CarMax Auto Finance account and have questions, call 800-925-3612. For all other two-step authentication issues, call 800-519-1511.
