1. Robust towing abilities 

The 2020 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 offers two potent engine options: a base 355-hp 5.3L V8 engine with 383 lb-ft of torque with a six-speed automatic transmission and a 420-hp 6.2L V8 (standard on Premier) with 460 lb-ft of torque with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Both engines pack a power punch, with the 6.2L engine towing an estimated 8,100 lbs when properly equipped and the standard 5.3L eking out slightly more with an estimated 8,300 lb towing capacity when properly equipped with the Max Trailering Package. Regardless of the powertrain, this SUV has the strength you need for work and play. 

2. Passenger room 

The 2020 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 comes standard with eight-passenger seating, but LS trims offer space for nine occupants, ensuring ample room for family and friends on every journey. Your passengers will enjoy comfort and legroom with three roomy rows, including 39.7 inches in the second row and 34.5 inches in the third. Additionally, the 2020 Suburban offers available power-release second-row seats to provide easy access to the third row. Available button-activated power-folding third-row seats also make it effortless to customize the cabin when you have lots of cargo to carry.
