5 reasons to buy the 2023 Ford E-Transit T-350

1. Electric powertrain

One of the things that sets the 2023 Ford E-Transit T-350 apart from other commercial vehicles is probably the fact that it's fully electric. It's powered by a 68-kwH lithium-ion battery pack and comes standard with rear-wheel drive and a single-speed transmission. It puts out 266 hp and 317 lb-ft of torque. With this powertrain, the E-Transit T-350 gets an EPA-estimated electric range of 126 miles on a full charge depending on how much you're carrying.

2. Cargo volume

The high cargo capacity is among the strongest suits of the 2023 Ford E-Transit T-350. The minimum cargo volume that you can get is 246.7 cu-ft behind the first row on the regular-length model with a low roof, which increases to an amazing 487.3 cu-ft on the extended-wheelbase version with a high roof. This is a high capacity for carrying cargo that is bound to have an impact on the productivity of any commercial operation.

3. High payload capacity

The 2023 Ford E-Transit T-350 has great payload capabilities to go along with the ample storage room. The maximum payload on the Cargo Van is 3,880 lbs, whereas the Cutaway Cab can carry up to 4,513 lbs. The fact that you can choose between cargo lengths and the available power-sliding doors offered on medium- and high-roof models makes the E-Transit T-350 that much more versatile and convenient.

4. Standard infotainment and connectivity features

Tech features may not be the priority for those looking for a utilitarian commercial vehicle, but the equipment on the 2023 Ford E-Transit T-350 is a welcome addition to the other benefits it brings and can certainly come in handy. It comes standard with Ford's SYNC® 4 infotainment system, which includes a 12-inch screen with voice recognition. It's compatible with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, and it's pretty responsive and user-friendly. Other features include Ford's Pro fleet remote monitoring and Wi-Fi hotspot.

5. Driver-assistance features

In addition to infotainment and connectivity, the 2023 Ford E-Transit T-350 comes standard with numerous driver-assistance features. They include forward-collision mitigation and lane-keeping assistance, along with automatic high beams and rain-sensing wipers. Crosswind assistance, helping you keep control of the vehicle when driving in high winds, is also standard.
