2014 Infiniti Q70 review

1. Classy interior 

Considering it’s a luxury sedan, it’s only natural to expect the 2014 Infiniti Q70 to have a nice interior with lots of amenities. It has a classy cabin with beautiful materials and an ergonomic layout. Leather upholstery and heated eight-way power-adjustable front seats with power lumbar support are just some of the features that justify the luxury label for the 2014 Infiniti Q70. They are accompanied by dual-zone automatic control and driver memory functions, as well as auto-dimming mirrors and a power tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel. 

2. Potent powertrain 

The welcoming environment resulting in an enjoyable riding experience inside the 2014 Infiniti Q70 is complemented by a high-performing engine that adda a little excitement on top of it. The base engine is a 3.7L V6 that’s mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission and puts out 330 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. For a little more power, there is the optional trim powered by a 5.6L V6 engine that generates 420 hp and 417 lb-ft of torque. It’s paired with the same seven-speed automatic transmission, with a choice between rear- or all-wheel drive. No matter which option you choose, you can expect sporty performance on the open road — with a 4.4-second zero-to-60 mph time for V6 models. 

3. Intuitive infotainment 

The plush cabin of the 2014 Infiniti Q70 is further enhanced by the presence of a few tech features for connectivity and entertainment. As a standard part of the equipment, there is an infotainment system with a seven-inch display and Bluetooth^® phone connectivity. On top of that, the 2014 Infiniti Q70 comes standard with a six-speaker stereo system, a USB port, and satellite radio. 

4. Decent cargo capacity 

In terms of utility, the 2014 Infiniti Q70 comes with a decently-sized trunk that can fit the necessities for a short weekend trip. It has room for one large suitcase and a smaller one, or a couple of carry-on bags, among other things. It has 14.9 cu-ft of cargo space, which is a normal figure for a midsize sedan. You can fit more than a few grocery bags in there, or several pieces of sporting equipment, so you’ll be covered when it comes to most of the usual cargo-hauling needs. 

5. Plenty of room for passengers 

Another reason why the 2014 Infiniti Q70 is a suitable solution for long-distance trips, in addition to being a convenient city car, is that it offers a lot of room for passengers to feel comfortable at all times. It can accommodate five people, with wide and supportive seats lined with nice materials. Front passengers get 39.1 inches of headroom and 44 inches of legroom, with rear head- and legroom measuring 37.7 inches and 36.2 inches, respectively.
