5 reasons to buy the 2023 Nissan Frontier

1. Impressive cargo capacity

The 2023 Nissan Frontier midsize pickup tackles big loads with ease. The Frontier comes in two basic configurations – King Cab and Crew Cab, the latter with the option of a five-foot- or six-foot-long cargo bed. Depending on the configuration, you'll get an estimated 1,610 lbs of maximum payload, with up to 6,720 lbs of estimated towing capacity with the V6 engine when properly equipped.

An available Tow-Haul mode, which optimizes driving on the highway with heavier loads, gives you peace of mind in any cargo-carrying situation.

2. Option of four-wheel drive

Whether you're popping to the shops, or looking to break out of your boundaries to the great outdoors, the 2023 Nissan Frontier has got you covered. The Frontier's standard rear-wheel drive is great around town, and four-wheel drive (4x4) is available as an option. For even more impressively rugged capability, the top-spec Crew Cab Pro-4X models feature all-terrain tires, an electronic locking rear differential, Bilstein off-road shock absorbers, and a switch-operated two-speed transfer case 4x4 system with three drive modes. You'll have more confidence to tackle every eventual terrain.

3. Four feature-filled trims

There are four trims of the 2023 Nissan Frontier: S, SV, Pro-X, and Pro-4X. The Pro-4X is the plushest Frontier of all. It has the features of the Pro-X model including luxurious LED signature headlights, NissanConnect® nine-inch color touchscreen display, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay® integration, and dual-zone automatic climate control. On top of this, the Pro-4X adds unique Pro-4X-trimmed decals, floor mats, and seats. New for 2023 is an available Midnight Edition package that adds black exterior and interior details, perfect if you desire a pickup with a little extra style.

4. A powerful engine

All versions of the 2023 Nissan Frontier are powered by a 3.8L, 24-valve V6 gasoline engine with 310 hp and 281 lb-ft of torque. This makes it more than capable of cruising the highway or venturing down off-road tracks — this flexibility is what makes this midsize pickup so practical. So whether you're heading to the flea market or setting off on a wilderness adventure, the Frontier has you covered.

5. Relaxed comfort

Although it's a truck, the 2023 Nissan Frontier cruises well when you're not exploring the rough stuff. Your passengers will particularly enjoy the serene and relaxed ride, and the way the Frontier keeps road imperfections at bay. Body movements are dealt with well when cornering, and the Nissan pickup feels secure on the road at all times.
