The cool luxury compact Cadillac
With the chiseled good looks of the Cadillac's exterior and the plush standard features of the interior, the ATS is attractive inside and out, especially in its optional coupe form. The suspension design went to engineering grad school and came away valedictorian, able to handle cornering and passenger comfort with equal ease. With handfuls of standard driver assistance technologies and even an optional full-color head-up display, the 2015 Cadillac ATS is designed to impress.

5 reasons to buy the 2016 Cadillac ATS
1. Luxurious interior
Have a seat in the 2016 Cadillac ATS and relax in the standard (not available on base) 12-way power driver’s seat with heat. The standard stitched leather seats and optional heated leather steering wheel are comfort touches you will notice on every drive. The optional power sunroof adds an open feel to the airy cabin, and all trim levels have optional interior upgrades, including carbon fiber, brushed aluminum, ash, or sapele wood trim.
2. Sporty performance
Looking to add some excitement to your life? Check out the 2016 Cadillac ATS. With AWD, the ATS with a 335-hp 3.6L blitzes zero to 60 in 5.5 seconds when new. It’s far more than just a straight-line racer though, as the chassis and suspension are designed for maximum grip in corners. You’ll find yourself looking for twisty roads on the way home from work, or just enjoying the high-speed handling on highway curves. The suspension is also extremely comfortable, providing supreme levels of ride comfort (when not in sport mode, that is).
3. Advanced technology
Newly updated for the 2016 model year, the enhanced CUE infotainment system is fast and intuitive. The big news this model year was the addition of Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ capability, in addition to the existing available Bluetooth® connectivity, navigation, and available WiFi options. Underneath, the ATS gained a new standard eight-speed automatic transmission this year, for improved power delivery.
4. Phenomenal designs
A wide, flashy grille, flanked by large vertical HID projector headlights up front, and large LED taillights out back. It’s a distinctive and contemporary design, making the 2016 Cadillac ATS look like nothing else. The coupe has a racy beltline rise that meets the aggressively sloping rear, paired with optional 18-inch alloy wheels. It’s a mesh of art and science making the ATS functionally aerodynamic, but also attractive.
5. ATS-V
If you want something different, the 2016 model year brought the Cadillac V performance trim to the compact ATS. The combination proved wild, with a twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 making a fiery 464 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque, paired to a six-speed manual or eight-speed auto. Step on it, and the Cadillac ATS-V rockets zero to 60 in just 3.8 seconds when new. Brembo® brakes and magnetic ride control are standard, while optional performance driving seats and functional aerodynamics package add race-worthy looks.
