The 2023 Ford Bronco has three available engine options: a 2.3L turbocharged four-cylinder creating 300 hp, a 2.7L twin-turbocharged V6 with 330 hp, and the ultra-powerful 3.0L twin-turbo V6 supplying 418 hp. They're all paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission—although the 2.3L engine can be paired with an available seven-speed manual transmission—and all of them are AWD. Whether you're using the 2023 Bronco for adventuring or as a daily workhorse, there's an engine option to suit your needs.
The 2023 Ford Bronco offers plenty of space, just as you'd expect from a compact SUV. Whether you're using that space to ferry around luggage, pets, or any type of equipment, there's room to spare. The two-door model of the 2023 Ford Bronco offers 22.4 cu-ft of cargo space behind the rear seats and 52.3 cu-ft with the seats folded, which is pretty generous in itself. However, the four-door model offers a little more room, with 35.6 cu-ft behind the rear seats and an impressive 77.6 cu-ft with the seats folded, which is enough for anything from multiple tents to bulky furniture.
If you're looking for an SUV that's rough and ready for work, staycations, or short road trips, the Bronco is a titan in the off-road world. Its 8.3 inches of ground clearance on the base model (up to 13.1 inches on the Raptor trim) ensure you can traverse rough terrain and large obstacles with ease. The Bronco has independent front suspension and solid-axle rear suspension to make adventuring more comfortable, and all models have a variety of G.O.A.T. (Goes Over Any Terrain) modes that adjust traction control based on the surface. All 2023 Ford Bronco models can tow up to an estimated 3,500 lbs, with the exception of the Raptor, which can tow up to an estimated 4,500 lbs (all when properly equipped).
New for 2023 are the Ford Bronco Heritage and Heritage Limited trims. The Heritage trim includes all the features of the Outer Banks trim (including all Base and Big Bend features, plus heated front seats, navigation, available remote start, lane departure warning, and more) and adds features such as the Sasquatch package, plaid cloth upholstery, steel bumpers, and a front skid plate, along with a white grille, roof, side strips, wheels, and dashboard.
Compact SUVs shouldn't have to compromise on features, and the 2023 Ford Bronco has plenty to play with. In terms of driver aids, the base trim includes forward collision warning, automatic high beams, forward automatic emergency braking, and a rearview camera. As for infotainment, there's an eight-inch touchscreen as standard, plus wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration, a seven-speaker stereo system, Bluetooth® connectivity, and four USB ports. In the Bronco, practicality and comfort go together in style.
