5 reasons to buy the 2015 Jaguar XF

1. Get more power

The 2015 Jaguar XF offers a supercharged 5.0L V8 engine that's tuned three ways. Available only with rear-wheel drive, you'll find this engine in the XF Supercharged, XFR, and XFR-S. At a base level, this engine delivers 470 hp, and you'll see 510 hp on the XFR. If you're lucky enough to find one of the limited XFR-S models built, you'll get a knock-your-socks-off 550 hp.

2. Available AWD

The 2015 Jaguar XF is essentially a rear-wheel-drive sedan. So, if you want all-wheel drive, start your search with the 340-hp, supercharged V6 engine. Both the Sport and Portfolio trims are available with AWD, and when equipped with this drivetrain add a standard heated steering wheel. So, all you have to do is decide if you want the luxurious Portfolio trimmings or the Black Pack chic look of the Sport model.

3. Start with Premium

If speed isn't your thing but you want all the accouterments that go with a luxury sedan, the base 2015 Jaguar XF Premium is well-equipped with leather seats, multi-way power-adjustable seats, light blue ambient lighting, a premium audio system, keyless entry, back-up camera, SiriusXM® radio, and blind-spot monitoring.

Plus, the base 240-hp, 2.0L four-cylinder engine gets an EPA-estimated highway fuel economy of 30 mpg.

4. Standard and available tech

The 2015 Jaguar XF adds more technology by making the Premium Pack standard on the base model. This includes features such as navigation and a 380-watt Meridian sound system. Opting for any of the V6 or above trims will add features such as adaptive headlights that pivot as you turn corners, automatic high beams, and the even more impressive 825W Meridian surround sound system.

5. Engaging handling

No matter which engine you choose with the 2015 Jaguar XF, you'll get advanced chassis dynamics and driving modes to suit your mood. Taking a Sunday drive? Opt for "Normal" mode for maximum comfort. Hitting some twisty bits on your commute? Pop it over into "Dynamic" mode for a more responsive throttle.
