5 reasons to buy the 2023 Kia Stinger

1. Speed and performance

The 2023 Stinger has two trim levels, and both deliver impressive performance. Even the base GT-Line comes with a turbocharged 2.5L four-cylinder engine under the hood with a more-than-adequate 300 hp. However, if you feel the need for more speed, check out the GT2 which packs a turbocharged 3.3L V6 engine with a massive 368 hp that will get you from zero to 60 mph in as little as 4.7 seconds (according to the manufacturer, when new). Plus, the GT2 even comes with an optional torque-vectoring all-wheel drive system.

2. Good looks

Sure, looks are subjective but you have to admit the 2023 Stinger is a great-looking car. With striking LED headlights and taillights, plus a bunch of cool dark chrome accents, it delivers just the right mix of elegance and aggression. Out back, the big dual exhaust lets others know that the 2023 Stinger means business. Your Stinger will look like it is at home at both the valet stand and the racetrack.

3. Hatchback utility

The Stinger isn't just a pretty face, it's surprisingly practical. The “sportback” design gives the Stinger additional cargo room over a typical sedan. The cargo area has a massive 23.3 cu-ft of storage space with the rear seats in place, and just over 40 cu-ft with these seats folded. That gives you the flexibility to bring a lot more along on that family weekend trip or romantic getaway in the mountains.

4. Upscale interior

Even the base GT-Line comes with standard leather upholstery and features heated front seats. Upgrade to the GT2 to get premium leather and ventilated front seats to keep you cool in the summer. The standard dual-zone automatic climate control on all 2023 Stingers will help as well. You definitely won't be disappointed by all of the premium standard and optional interior features on this good-looking car.

5. Tech too

The Stinger is fast, has an upscale interior, and is surprisingly practical. It also has the latest technology, controlled by a standard 10.25-inch touchscreen with a built-in navigation system. Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto smartphone integration is also standard, as is a wireless charging pad plus USB ports and 12-volt outlets to keep your phone topped off while on the go. It's also got the latest driver aids like blind-spot monitoring and forward collision warning.
