The 2018 Nissan Titan XD offers engines that seem as strong as the Greek gods for which the truck is named. A 390-hp 5.6L gas-powered V8 comes standard, while a 310-hp Cummins® turbo diesel 5L V8 is available. Either engine provides plenty of power for farm chores, towing your boat, or hauling supplies to a job site.  

2. Capable towing 

Whether you’re hauling an excavator to the job site or moving your fifth wheel to its summer camp, you’ll love the towing capabilities of the 2018 Nissan Titan XD. With the available 5L turbo diesel engine, the 2018 Titan XD can tow up to 12,640 pounds when properly equipped. The 2018 Titan XD has available features to make towing easier, including tow mirrors, a goose-neck hitch, tow hitch guidance, and a system that allows you to check your trailer lights without leaving the cab.  

3. Off-road trim 

For flying through mud flats or crawling over rocks, you’ll want a 2018 Nissan Titan XD in the available Pro-4X trim. This off-road trim comes standard with four-wheel drive, off-road shocks, a limited-slip rear differential, hill-descent control, skid plates, and more. It also includes front captain’s chairs with lumbar support, so you’ll be comfortable during long days of adventure.  

4. Driver assist features 

After lots of work or fun, it’s good to know that you have driver assist features at the ready for the ride home. The 2018 Nissan Titan XD offers blind spot monitoring on the Pro-4X trim and higher. A surround-view camera is available on the Platinum Reserve trim. Once you reach your destination, available parking sensors can help you get into even tight parking spots.  

5. Luxury trim 

If you work hard, but clean up well for a night on the town, you’ll appreciate the luxury trim of the 2018 Nissan Titan XD.
