- The Sienna is available in a variety of new trims, including the Base and SE.
- The CE trim has been discontinued for 2011.
- Sienna trims have been upgraded with Rear View Camera, Power Folding Third Row, Smart Key, Leatherette & Cloth, Leatherette Seats, Rear Spoiler, Run Flat Tires, and Power Hatch/Deck Lid as standard equipment this year.
- Remote Start and Automated Cruise Control features are now available as options on select trims.
- The LE trim now comes with Leather Seats, Power Seat(s), Rear Air Conditioning, Rear Sunshade, and Bluetooth Technology as standard equipment.
- The XLE trim now comes with Front Seat Heaters, Leather Seats, Rear Sunshade, Sunroof(s), and Bluetooth Technology as standard equipment.
- The Limited trim now comes with Fold-Away Third Row as standard equipment.
