The 2018 Nissan Versa's compact size makes it easy to maneuver and park in tight spaces. Whether you're navigating through city streets or squeezing into a crowded parking lot, the Versa's small footprint provides added convenience and agility. Look out for the Nissa Versa Note if you prefer a hatchback body style or you could opt for the sleek Nissan Versa Sedan — both are easy to drive no matter whether you're commuting to work or heading to the grocery store.
All 2018 Nissan Versas come with a 1.6L four-cylinder with 109 hp. This thrifty powertrain makes the Versa a good choice if you regularly eat up the miles during your weekly drives. Automatic sedan models achieve an EPA-estimated 39 mpg on the highway while those with the manual gearbox get an EPA-estimated 36 mpg on the highway.
Despite its compact size, the Versa provides ample interior space for passengers. The sedan offers comfortable seating for five people, along with generous legroom in both the front and rear seats (41.8 inches and 37 inches, respectively). The sedan's trunk space is also commendable for a compact vehicle, providing 14.9 cu-ft to play with. In the hatchback version, you get a little more space in the back with 38.3 inches of rear legroom. Cargo volume increases to 18.8 cu-ft in the Versa Note, too, and you can fold the rear seats to open up a total of 38.3 cu-ft for larger items.
The 2018 Versa comes equipped with a range of user-friendly features designed to enhance convenience and entertainment. It includes Bluetooth® hands-free calling as standard but you get more features as you climb the trim levels. Look out for the SV model if you'd like a USB port, power windows, and remote keyless entry. Jump to the SV Special Edition for Bluetooth® streaming audio and SiriusXM® satellite radio.
The Versa's base model is quite sparse when it comes to features but that can add to the appeal for anyone looking for a vehicle that will simply get them from A to B. On higher trims of the 2018 Versa, however, there are a few features to look out for that make life easier out on the road and in the parking lot. The S Plus, which is one up from the base trim, adds cruise control for easier highway driving, while SV Special Edition adds a rearview monitor to make those reversing maneuvers as simple as possible. Keep an eye out for the trim that has the features you need.
