5 reasons to buy the 2023 Honda Odyssey

1. Flexible seating

With seating for up to eight people, the 2023 Honda Odyssey has room for everyone in your family or friend group. But one reason to buy the Odyssey over another minivan is its Magic Slide® second-row seats. These innovative seats can be slid side to side, as well as forward and backward, providing more room where you need it most. If you're traveling with a young child in the back, you can bring their seat closer toward the front.

2. Family-friendly tech features

The 2023 Honda Odyssey is loaded with tech features from front to back. All trims include a high-resolution touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto integration, and at least two USB charging ports. The minivan's audio system includes seven speakers (11 on the Elite trim), too. And there's no need to shout to get the attention of the kids in the back seats as Honda's CabinTalk® feature, which comes standard on the Touring and Elite trims, gives you an in-car PA system that can pipe your voice to rear-cabin passengers through their connected headphones or audio-system speakers. You can even see a live feed of what's going on in the second and third rows with the CabinWatch® system (Touring and Elite only).

3. New Sport trim

Buying a minivan doesn't have to mean sacrificing style. New for 2023, the Odyssey Sport trim stands out on the road with its gloss black grille and exterior trim, 19-inch black alloy wheels, and darkened taillights. Honda gave this trim's interiors a bold facelift, as well. The black leather seats and leather-wrapped steering wheel have contrasting red stitching. The floor mats are sleek black instead of the standard tricolor. At night, the cabin glows with ambient red lighting on the dash, footwells, and front doors.

4. Designed for comfort

Honda packs the 2023 Odyssey with features that make for an ultra-comfortable ride. You can find the perfect position for the driver's seat with its 12-way power adjustment, which includes four-way lumbar support. The heated front seats make for a toasty ride when it's chilly outside. You can also set specific temperatures for the driver's seat, as well as front and rear passengers, thanks to the Odyssey's tri-zone automatic climate control system.

5. Plenty of driver aids

The Honda Sensing® suite of drive-assistance features comes standard on all 2023 Honda Odysseys, giving you more confidence behind the wheel. Its adaptive cruise control helps keep a specific distance between your vehicle and others in front of you. Its blind spot information system lets you know if another car is in an adjacent lane when your turning signal is on. There's also a camera-powered traffic sign recognition feature, which can give you a subtle reminder of the speed limit on certain roads.
