1. Extended edition 

The optional 2019 Lexus RX 350L has an additional 4.4 inches of length for additional cargo and passenger space. This extension rides on the same wheelbase, so the longer version has the RX 350’s same laid-back driving demeanor. Inside, the third-row seats fold flat with the touch of a button - one in the cargo area, the other behind the rear doors. The L's additional seats bring the passenger capacity up to seven, or fold the third-row flat for a 23 cu-ft cargo floor if you need to haul a new coffee table home. 

2. Driver assistance everywhere 

Standard driver assistance tech helps take the stress out of your commute and includes automated emergency braking, lane-keep assist, and adaptive cruise control. That first one is great for congested urban centers, while the last two add peace of mind on highway trips. Standard intelligent high beams mean no more flipping switches when driving at night. New options for the 2019 model year include parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and a 360-degree camera system that allows you to see everything around you, making backing up and parallel parking easy tasks. 

3. Smart tech options 

The 2019 Lexus RX 350 is a tech showcase, with lots of standard and optional features. New for the 2019 model year, standard infotainment includes smartwatch integration and Amazon Alexa connectivity. Optional infotainment jumps to a huge 12.3-inch touchscreen, and the available full-color head-up display has helpful turn-by-turn instructions. You will love the beautiful sound of the available 15-speaker Mark Levinson premium surround sound system, with technology designed to improve the sound of today's digitally compressed music files.   

4. Comfortable ride 

“Comfortable” doesn’t cut it, as the Lexus RX 350 has one of the softest, most insulated, and downright plush rides. Potholes, cracked pavement, and rough roads are no match for a chassis and suspension with smart designs that minimize or even cancel road bumps and noise. Passengers will fall asleep as you’re driving or you can hold quiet conversations with them as you drive at highway speeds. Note that the available F Sport trim adds sport handling at the cost of some of that comfort.   

5. Smart AWD system 

The 2019 RX 350 helps you stay in control with the available Active Torque Control all-wheel drive. This intelligent AWD system senses road conditions in real time, automatically shifting engine power between the front and rear axles without driver input. From slush and snow on winter streets to mud and sand on the beach or camping trails, the RX 350 can handle your drive with confidence.
