5 reasons to buy the 2023 Honda HR-V

1. Redesigned for 2023

This subcompact SUV has undergone a full redesign for its second generation, launching in 2023. The 2023 HR-V is larger than the first-generation model—it's 8.7 inches longer, 2.6 inches wider, and has an extra 1.7 inches added to the wheelbase. Honda also upgraded the suspension for a more comfortable ride, and the engine is more powerful. Plus, you'll find more standard features as well as a more sophisticated interior.

2. Heaps of features

The 2023 Honda HR-V is generously equipped with great features. As standard, the vehicle comes with a highly responsive seven-inch touchscreen that's easy to access and use. Other standard in-cabin features of the 2023 HR-V include Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto connectivity, a four-speaker stereo, and three USB ports. On top of all that, there's adaptive cruise control, keyless entry, and a backup camera, ensuring comfort is a priority for long drives or regular commutes.

3. Spacious interior

If you're shopping for a subcompact SUV, comfort and space are no doubt a priority. Chances are you'll be commuting or road-tripping a lot, so the way the cabin looks and feels is important. The 2023 Honda HR-V seats five, with a total passenger volume of 98.7 cu-ft, cloth upholstery, and adjustable front seats as standard. All the seats are plush and comfy, making the HR-V a joy to drive.

4. Numerous driver aids

The 2023 Honda HR-V features plenty of driver aids for peace of mind. Even in the standard LX trim, driver aids include automatic high beam headlights, forward collision warning, rear seat reminder, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, a rearview camera, and driver drowsiness monitoring. These modern solutions for the modern road can help you maintain a calm and focused mindset while driving.

5. Three trim levels

There are three trim levels for the 2023 Honda HR-V: LX, Sport, and EX-L. Each trim has FWD as standard, but all can be found with available AWD, and all feature a 158-hp four-cylinder engine as standard. The base model is very well-equipped, with lots of entertainment options as well as a push-button start, LED headlights, and 17-inch alloy wheels. The Sport trim adds heated front seats, a six-speaker stereo, and 18-inch gloss black wheels, while the EX-L trim expands the seven-inch touchscreen to a nine-inch one, and includes wireless device charging and a moonroof. Each trim of the 2023 HR-V is stacked with benefits to please you and your passengers.
